A hotel of long life
Until a few years before the tram arrived in 1912, it was called Petit Hotel.
You can see it in these two photos, with the shop and employment office on the first floor.
The name was later changed to Hotel Internazionale and as such worked until the late 90s of the last century, witnessing the succession of many events.
At the beginning of the century it also had a restaurant on the ground floor.
As you can see from the picture below, "Buillon Duval" was also added to an all Parisian catering formula (that of the "buillon") which included low price lunches, fast service and a fixed plate of boiled meat.
In Piazza Colombo, where the hotel was, in 1924 the 1st Sanremo Automobile Circuit passed through.
