A pearl of Villa
Located in Corso degli Inglesi, the villa was built on a project by Giovenale Gastaldi for Giovanni Marsaglia's brother, Luigi.
Renovated in 1910 by Pietro Agosti, the building presents the typical technique of exposed stone, characteristic of the Art Nouveau period, made more lively by the spirals of the wrought iron and the stringcourses, characterized by greater sobriety but less creativity than the Devachan Castle, then in an advanced construction phase.
The villa is surrounded by a vast park with a pretty little temple.
